Dr. Martin Jones began his career with the San Francisco Sherff's Department in 1972 alongside his father, Martin H. Jones. They recognized a need in their community and that same year founded All for One, Inc. to help justice involved individuals identify and secure employment. During his career, Dr. Jones counseled and mentored thousands of incarcerated and previously incarcerated men and women.

Dr. Alex Jones has worked in higher education and work-based learning since 2008. In addition to his experience as a Work Experience Faculty at College of Marin, Dr. Jones helps coordinate the first Extended Reality (VR/AR) Developer Apprenticeship program in California. He also serves as Co-Chair for the VR/AR Association's College and University Committee.
