Dr. Martin Jones began his career with the San Francisco Sherff's Department in 1972 alongside his father, Martin H. Jones. They recognized a need in their community and that same year founded All for One, Inc. to help justice involved individuals identify and secure employment. During his career, Dr. Jones counseled and mentored thousands of incarcerated and previously incarcerated men and women.

Dr. Alex Jones has worked in higher education and workforce development since 2008. In addition to his experience as a Work Experience Faculty at College of Marin, Dr. Jones also serves as an adjunct faculty coordinator with the San Mateo Community College District, and supports the Academic Senate for the California Community College’s CTE Leadership Committee.
